Caroline is a qualified registered therapist who has been practising complementary therapies since 2001. She has a keen awareness of the pressures and commitments involved with working in demanding professions - and understands the numerous ways in which a busy lifestyle can affect your health and well-being. Caroline is also a volunteer member of the massage therapy team at the NHS Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead.
