Traditional Thai massage is a balancing and revitalizing therapeutic treatment.
It involves a full body workout, which has many physical and emotional benefits,

Around 2,500 years ago the practice found it’s way from India to the Buddhist
temples of Thailand where to this day it is known as ‘Naud Phaen Boran’ meaning
ancient massage.
Incorporating Yoga, Ayurveda and Buddhist principles the treatment is a synthesis
of many forms of bodywork including amongst others, reflexology, acupressure
and Indian head massage. The practitioner will assist you through a series of
stretches and work along your body’s 10 Sen lines.These are your emotional
and energetic superhighways, ensuring they remain unblocked can restore inner
harmony and will allow you a profound sense of well-being.
Suitable for all ages and body types, treatments are conducted wearing loose,
comfortable clothing and are between 1 and 2 hours.

Ushi graduated in Traditional Thai Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork, after studying
in Thailand and New Zealand with Asokananda, the internationally renowned practitioner
and founder of The Sunshine Network.
