This can be a useful metaphor but it doesn't quite do it for me? To me you are so much more than just hardware and software to be manipulated and reprogrammed? You are an organic system that has adapted and found a way to survive and function in a sometimes challenging environment; you are a beautiful human being with immense potential to love, create and live life. This does not need to be installed - it is in you right now. It simply needs to be freed - allowing your authentic self to shine through and perform to its full potential? It is my job to help you realise how amazing you really are? In my work I fuse techniques and learnings gathered from many disciplines including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, spiritual and Ki energy healing? I listen carefully with my whole body while you talk and use my empathy and intuition to ask questions which help you explore and discover yourself at the deepest of levels.? I am there to support you while you understand and accept the parts of yourself that you have been angry with, sad about or afraid of; to let go of beliefs and energies that do not belong to you; and heal the relationships between yourself and others – especially your ancestors – allowing the love to flow? It is common for clients to experience themselves becoming noticeably lighter during a session and for their life situation to change significantly between sessions.
