Wu Tao ‘Dancing the Elements’

Wu Tao is a dance form based on Chinese Medicine, dancing the five elements,
earth, air, fire, water and wood. It is profound way to bring joy and exercise.
Similar to Yoga & Tai chi with a wholistic philosophy and practice, that
restores balance to the person on all levels.
