Lunchtime Yoga
with Gayle Pashouros.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 12:30–1.30pm - Studio 10
A 30 minute practice to stretch and strengthen, oxygenate your body and clear
your mind. Practicing at this time of day will regulate your appetite and stimulate
your digestive system. Continue your day feeling refreshed and uplifted. Come
before you eat lunch, in comfortable, stretchy or loose clothing. (changing facilities
on site).
Cost: Drop-in £6/5 classes £25
